Our Company
Our parent company “HONG YANG ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION WORKS” was established in Singapore on 1985, this was the turn of the Singapore’s economy. The Company quickly capitalized on the growing construction industry which was registrating strong growth. During those years, the company has done large numbers of high end Terrance houses and bungalows including factories and residential buildings. In 1993, the company was converted to “HONG YANG ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD” due to the company having grown and is in need of a new corporate identity.
In 1988 “HONG YANG ALUMINIUM ENTERPRISE” was established in Johor Bahru and was converted to HONG YANG ALUMINIUM (M) SDN BHD, in order to exploit opportunities with sufficient financial to meet quality standards set by the firm. The company has come to new charter in the Aluminium and glass fabrication and installation business.
Our Products
Our profile aluminium frame are extruded to having the minimum mechanical properties equivalent to or greater than that of alloy 6063 T5 of wall thickness ranging from 1.2mm to 3.2mm. Architect to Specify: - Powder Coating with various colours; Baked Enamel, Anodizing or Fluorocarbon.
Stainless Steel Hardware
All hardware: Screw, nuts, bolts, washers, rivets, and hinges used for installation and fabrication will be of maximum strength and quality material to perform their maximum function.
Glass
(Architect to Specify): Specification of glass/glazing will be submitted for architect’s approval.
Others
We used good quality locking system from U.K. Durable and effective Pile-Weather-Stripping was used to assemble and seal windows and doors are also from U.K. products. Butt hinges to support side hung windows are guaranteed by U.K. manufacturer for 10 years.
